- Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
- While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
- No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.
- All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
- Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.
- Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support

- Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs
Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.
- Monday through Friday, 4pm -9:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 2:00 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 2:00 to 8:30 pm

Here's what you’ll be doing:
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
