Sales Associate Club Pilates East Montgomery

Location: East Montgomery, ALCompensation: $10/hour + CommissionType: Part-Time | Weekend availability required

What Youll Do

Drive membership sales by calling, texting, and following up with leads.
Provide an exceptional first impression for walk-ins, guests, and new members.
Confidently communicate the value of Club Pilates memberships and overcome objections related to price or commitment.
Assist in studio events and grassroots marketing efforts to grow brand awareness in the local community.
Support daily operations, including front desk tasks, appointment scheduling, and maintaining studio cleanliness.
Build lasting relationships with members to promote renewals, referrals, and retention.
Meet and exceed personal and studio sales goals through motivation and consistency.

Who You Are

Friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated by helping others improve their health.
Sales-minded and energized by commissions and performance incentives.
Confident in handling objections and guiding clients toward membership decisions.
Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced studio environment.
Willing to work at least one weekend day each week.
Lives within a reasonable commuting distance to East Montgomery.

Qualifications

Previous sales or customer service experience required (fitness industry experience is a plus).
Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads.
Passionate about wellness, movement, and community.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
