Sales Associate (Full-Time)

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing the highest quality customer service for external and internal guests, eliminating distractions, anticipating needs, and preparing hearts for the gospel message in all areas of Retail. They provide exceptional employee experience characterized by a culture of trust and collaboration.

The Sales Associate position follows a show run schedule from Tuesday through Saturday. This role has different start and leave times scheduled between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday, 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm on Fridays, and 8:00 am to 10:30 pm on Saturdays (depending on show schedules). For this full-time role, the employee is required to work the full shift on Saturday. Lastly, the expectation is that the employee will work 40 hours per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consistently practice excellent guest service commitments with all guests.
• Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Perform in all areas of Retail as assigned, including, but not limited to concessions, merchandise, almond stations, and theater carts. 
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including all stocking responsibilities.
• Operate point of sale and inventory systems, completing transactions efficiently and accurately. 
• All other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to work flexible hours: Friday evenings and Saturdays are required
• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Effective time management skills 
• Strong team player with the ability to make a positive first impression 

The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be on your feet most of the day, walking and running regularly. This position is expected to frequently lift/exert up to 50 lbs. of force regularly. The full physical requirements of this job are available upon request.
