We focus on educating our customers about clean beauty and assist them with their transition to natural cosmetics. Position Hours: Sundays 12 pm - 5 pm + some fill in work (13-15 HOURS PER WEEK)

About the Sales Associate position

A successful Sales Associate will engage in courteous and professional customer interactions
Ensuring exceptional customer service
Demonstrate strong sales acumen to effectively promote and sell our product range
Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of all products, including ingredients, benefits, and proper usage, and offer personalized product recommendations
Conduct skincare consultations to meet customer needs
Assume responsibility for conducting financial transactions and utilizing the point-of-sale system accurately
Adhere strictly to established cleaning protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of shelves
Collaborate in the execution of retail merchandising strategies, including creating captivating window displays
Exhibit a long-term commitment to training, acquiring the ability to assist in the manufacturing process and meticulously follow formulas for consistent product replication
Undertake additional duties as required to contribute to the smooth operation of the business
Display excellent communication skills, consistently provide exceptional customer service, exhibit adaptability, and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.
Be a team player and willing to lend a hand in other facets of the business as needed.
