Job DescriptionIf you said yes to the questions above then this may be the role for you! We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, with experience in retail, strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and who enjoys working with people. Individuals with a passion for hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities are encouraged to apply! Knowledge of local Maine craft beer is a plus but not required. Main responsibilities include:

Educating customers on the value and features of various products
Ensuring customers have everything they need for a successful hunting, fishing, camping, or hiking trip
Developing relationships with vendors to bring in the best products to meet our customers needs
Monitoring inventory levels, inventory turns, and ordering product
Researching and identifying potential new products and product lines to sell
Creating and executing unique merchandising to showcase key products and product categories
