Pay: $16.30 - $17.00/hour
Job Type: Part-time
Located right in the Rose Quarter, our Ace Hardware store has been bringing customers' home improvement dreams to life since 2016! Our locally owned and community-driven company is dedicated to helping professionals and DIYers find the right tools for the job. We're hiring a collaborative and customer service-focused person to help keep our retail store running smoothly.

YOUR SCHEDULE:
This part-time role works varied shifts between our retail store hours (7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on Sunday).

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As our part-time Sales Associate- Cashier, you'll jump in wherever you're needed to keep the store running smoothly and our customers satisfied. While at the cashier stand, you'll accurately handle cash and properly complete transactions. In addition to cashiering, you may be asked to assist with retail services like:
- Glass cutting
- Pipe cutting
- Wood cutting
- Chain cutting
- Key machines
- Paint tinting/mixing
- Screen making/repair
- Stocking inventory
No matter what the day brings, you'll keep customer satisfaction a top priority!
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Schedule flexibility
- Physical ability to walk/stand for an 8-hour shift and lift 35 lbs. independently
- Basic technology proficiency
