Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership, answering questions and guiding them through vehicle selection based on their needs.
• Build and maintain a customer base to produce continued business for years to come.
• Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, performance, and optional equipment.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questions.
• Offer and conduct test drives while following dealership identification protocol.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance to improve time management and overall results.

Qualifications

• Looking for a candidate who is ready to train to be the best.
• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and enthusiastic team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
