Own the customer experience - greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customerDevelop relationships to grow your businessAchieve individual sales and account goalsDemonstrate cosmetic techniques and apply products to customers during consultationsRing POS transactions and key account informationHighlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experienceMaintain a visually appealing and clean departmentBe available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
