At BODY20, we’re redefining personal training through cutting-edge EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) technology. Our sessions are just 20 minutes—but the results are powerful.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Converting leads to members through a consultative sales approach
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
Screen prospects to book 1st free workout session with qualified lead
Greet and engage prospective members with enthusiasm and professionalism
Conduct studio tours and explain BODY20’s unique EMS training benefits
Support studio events, local outreach, and community partnerships
Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
Sales and customer service experience REQUIRED
Successful Fitness experience sales
Self-motivated with a team-player mentality
Comfortable with technology; scripts and CRM systems
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their goals
Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holiday
Ability to take 1-2 Body20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
Strong organizational skills
