Job Description
- Greet members and guests with a high-energy, positive attitude
- Conduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout
- Promote and sell memberships and class packages
- Assist with daily studio operations, including opening/closing duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Contribute to the studio's social media by capturing in-studio content and promoting events
- Answer phones, schedule classes, and respond to member inquiries
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow the studio community
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for fitness and a team-player mindset
- Comfortable using social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to engage and promote
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
