Are you experienced with paper machines and ready to put that knowledge to work where it actually matters? AstenJohnson is hiring a PMC Sales & Service Representative to support customers in the Richmond, VA region.

This role is ideal for someone who knows the paper industry, enjoys being on-site, and takes pride in delivering top-tier service while growing business relationships. You'll be the go-to expert for your territory.

What You'll Do

Build strong customer relationships through goal-oriented sales and service callsManage assigned accounts, including inventory, AR, and resource coordinationSupport machine crews with installation and removal of paper machine clothingCollect and analyze fabric life and performance dataMaintain detailed machine drawings, technical documentation, and service plansStay safety-certified at customer mill sitesSubmit call and expense reports (yes, the necessary evil)

What You'll Need

Experience in the paper industry and with paper machinesWillingness to travel 50%+ to customer sitesValid driver's license and auto insuranceStrong time management, independence, and computer skills

The Physical Side

Will require working in hot, humid mill environmentsWalking on slippery surfacesClimbing ladders and stairs while carrying equipmentStanding, walking, or sitting for extended periods
