Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing
Meet with clients to assess insurance needs and financial goals
Explain coverage options clearly (auto, home, life, health, commercial, etc.)
Provide quotes and recommend appropriate policies
Complete applications and ensure accurate documentation
Maintain client relationships and conduct regular policy reviews
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and basic claims support
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused mindset
Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
Organizational and time-management skills
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
State insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or both)
High school diploma or equivalent.
