Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Sales & Front Desk Associate for an on-site role located in our Club Pilates East Mckinney Studio.
POSITION:
You are the Ambassador of our studio! Responsibilities include providing superior customer service to members, membership & retail sales, and studio operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and professional experience for all members, guests, and colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospective and existing members via Phone, In Person, Text, & Email.
- Possess a proactive and service mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic computer skills, we use Club Ready & Google Workspace.
- Must have excellent public speaking skills (small groups, 12 or less).
- Ability to learn and follow specific sales and communication protocols.
- Must maintain a professional polished appearance and follow the recommended Dress Code (Athleisure).
- Availability to work varied in studio shifts (7 days a week, 8am-9pm, part time).
- Ability to stand, sit, or bend & lift up to 25 lbs throughout the workday as needed.
- Willingness and ability to complete daily cleaning tasks.
- Ability and willingness to participate in full body Reformer based Pilates workout classes.
