Responsibilities

  • Complete extensive training regarding the product line.
  • Maintain strong knowledge base of all new motorcycle makes and models.
  • Fit Specialists Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their motorcycle purchase.
  • Create the best motorcycle-buying experience to make lifelong customers.
  • Fit Specialists test ride motorcycles to demonstrate features.
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
  • Fit Specialists support online customers through our eSales office.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

Qualifications

  • Quality customer service skills and sales track record
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • High personal achievement standards
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Professional Appearance
  • Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and motorcycle endorsement
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
