We’re looking for a Sales & Warehouse Associate who values reliability, teamwork, and craftsmanship. If you enjoy helping others, learning the trade, and being part of a hardworking, respected local business — we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you’ll wear many hats — helping keep our operation running smoothly every day.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with plumbing/HVAC product questions and orders
Process sales transactions and quotes accurately
Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
Pick, pack, and stage orders for our technicians or customer pickup
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and sales floor
Operate forklifts or warehouse equipment as needed (training provided)
Work closely with our sales and service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
Who We’re Looking For
The right candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys learning something new every day.
Requirements:
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or warehouse environment preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills for inventory and order management
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks safely
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Forklift experience or willingness to learn
Bonus Points If You Have:
Knowledge of plumbing, heating, or mechanical products
Experience at a plumbing/HVAC supply house or with contractor customers
