Dallas-Fort Worth gets hit hard every storm season, and homeowners need trusted professionals to help restore their properties fast. Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding our DFW team and looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to build a six-figure career in one of the fastest-growing industries in Texas.
This is not a desk job. This is an in-the-field, face-to-face sales and project management role where your effort directly impacts your income. You'll work directly with homeowners affected by storm damage, help guide them through the insurance restoration process, and manage projects from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing
- You'll be the face of Heritage Roofing in the community.
- Canvass & Build Relationships
- Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners.
- Inspect & Educate
- Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently.
- Guide Homeowners Through Insurance Claims
- Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval.
- Manage Projects
- Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build Your Pipeline
- Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory.
