Our ideal candidate is an energetic, adaptable, and self-motivated individual who enjoys interacting with customers, engaging in physical work, and learning all aspects of beverage distribution. Training is provided for all responsibilities, and Mahaska supplies the tools, products, and customer base needed. Training will be provided for all aspects of the position. We will give you the tools necessary to complete the job the Mahaska way. Requirements:- Ability to work independently and within a team environment- Strong communication and customer service skills- Desire to learn and become familiar with all company products- Demonstrated comfort with technology and willingness to learn handheld systems- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record- Prefer applicants 21 years of age or older- Ability to perform physical job functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs manually- Ability to maneuver a two-wheel cart with up to 200 lbs of product- Occasional handling of kegs weighing up to 165 lbsExcellent benefits and company perks!!Our benefit packet includes: Health, RX, Dental, Company paid Life Insurance policy for full-time employees, Additional, spouse and child life insurance, 401 (k), paid personal days, and paid vacation.
