We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team on a

6-month contract basis to assist in key marketing activities to support the Sales and Marketing function at Marmon Residential Filtration. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support content updates across all brand touchpoints (website, social platforms, LinkedIn, etc.) with relevant content and ensure consistency throughout

• Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as presentations, trade show brochures, and other sales enablement tools

• Conduct ongoing product research and trends analysis across various e-commerce platforms to help inform strategies and recommendations.

• Stay informed about consumer trends, industry regulations, and technological advancements in water filtration.

• Monitor major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) for suspected counterfeit or non-genuine product listings for key appliance customers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in consumer goods or B2B environment preferred

• Naturally curious and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to continuously learn.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.

• Collaborator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
