Objective: The position of the Sales & Marketing is to focus on building relationships with existing customers and referral sources. Tasks:
· Create, manage, and maintain key relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and customers
· Assist Management with coordinating recruiting or organizational events
· Assist with administrative work during CAT mode, which may fall outside of normal business hours
· Maintains a consistent social media presence on common social media platforms to focus on employee/ customer engagement
· Provides an overall good representation of ServiceMaster by McCann
· Plan and execute campaigns for promotions, events, service launches, and amenities.
· Operates and manages efforts in Restore365 (our web-based management system)
· Ensure customer satisfaction with key relationships (Agents, Adjusters, Customers) during services and develop additional prospects. Luxor Tracking, Restore 365, and the Pipeline notetaking must be used.
· Prepares documents for job file reviews with current and prospective clients.
· Documents and reports on key referral-source relationships weekly and monthly
· Participation of Continuing Education (CE) Class, as well as, the event coordination and scheduling
· Assist with answering phone calls
Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school graduate or equivalent: college degree preferred
· 6-12 months of sales experience or prior sales training
· Valid Driver’s License with approved driving privileges
· Great verbal and written communication skills
· Excels in customer service
· Highly motivated, strong work ethic
· Build rapport naturally and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships
· Must have the ability to present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups
· Has a good aptitude for basic math and budgeting.
· Local and regional travel may be required for trade shows, training, and networking
· Must have the flexibility to join after-hour business events
· Must participate in the On Call Rotation
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 4:00pm. Friday work may vary due to events or workload
Compensation:
· $18.00 + $1.00 / hour for being an on-call participant
· PTO accrual after 90 days
· Holiday pay after 90 days
· Weekly pay period(No healthcare benefits are provided at this time)
