Mike Terry Chevrolet GMC is hiring right now. We are building a modern, high-performance sales team that blends in-store sales, internet sales, and social media content creation.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High-energy, confident, and motivated individuals• Strong communication skills (in person, online, and on camera)• Comfortable working leads and engaging customers digitally• Disciplined, coachable, and goal-driven• Sales experience is a plus, not required• Serious about performance, accountability, and growth

MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENT

All new hires must complete 100% of required training.

Full attendance required No late arrivals, no early exits, no missed sessions Failure to complete training results in disqualification

Training is paid and professionally structured.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell vehicles and services in person and online• Handle internet leads and follow-up communications• Create short-form social media and video content daily• Post approved content to designated platforms• Represent the dealership professionally at all times• Follow established sales and marketing processes

• All video, photo, and digital content created during employment or related to job duties is the exclusive property of the employer and affiliated partners• Content may be used for marketing, advertising, training, and promotions• Ownership of content may not be contested• All policies comply with state and federal employment laws

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent• Professional appearance and attitude• Comfortable being on camera• Ability to work a flexible schedule• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
