Sales Hours: Monday Saturday | 9:00 AM 9:00 PM
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR• High-energy, confident, and motivated individuals• Strong communication skills (in person, online, and on camera)• Comfortable working with internet leads and social media platforms• Coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented• Sales experience is a plus but not required• Serious about performance, accountability, and growth
MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENTAll new hires must complete 100% of required training
Full attendance is required No late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions Failure to complete training in full will result in disqualification
Training is paid and professionally structured.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES• Sell vehicles and products in person and online• Manage internet leads and customer follow-ups• Create short-form video and social media content daily• Post approved content to designated platforms• Represent Tomball Dodge professionally at all times• Follow established sales and engagement processes

• Any video, photo, or digital content created during employment or in connection with job duties is the sole property of the employer and affiliated partners• Content may be used for marketing, advertising, training, and promotional purposes• Ownership of content may not be contested• Policies comply with applicable state and federal employment laws
REQUIREMENTS• High school diploma or equivalent required• Valid driver's license if applicable• Professional appearance and attitude• Willingness to be on camera and create digital content• Ability to work a flexible schedule
INTERVIEW PROCESS• Interviews are conducted virtually• Applicants must secure an interview time in advance• Missed interviews or meetings will not be rescheduled• Candidates are selected based on commitment, professionalism, and fit
