SALES / INTERNET SALES / SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT SPECIALIST NOW HIRING MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Performance Nissan of Pompano is actively hiring high-energy, motivated professionals for a modern automotive sales role that combines in-store sales, internet sales, and social media content creation.

COMPENSATION $74,000 $120,000+ annually based on performance, experience, production, and bonuses. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantially more.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Energetic, confident, and highly motivated individuals
Strong communication skills in person, online, and on camera
Comfortable engaging customers through digital platforms and social media
Coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Sales experience is a plus but not required
Serious about performance, accountability, and long-term growth
MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENT All new hires must attend and complete 100% of required training:
Full attendance is mandatory
No late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions
Failure to complete training in full will result in immediate disqualification
Training is paid, professional, and performance-focused
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Sell vehicles, products, and services in person and online
Handle internet leads, follow-ups, and customer communications
Create short-form video and social media content daily
Post approved content to designated social media platforms
Represent the dealership professionally at all times
Follow all established sales, marketing, and engagement processes

Any video, photo, digital media, or online content created during employment or connected to job duties shall remain the sole property of the employer and affiliated partners
Content may be used for advertising, marketing, training, recruiting, and promotional purposes
Ownership or usage rights of company-created content may not be contested
Policies comply with all applicable state and federal employment laws
REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Willingness to appear on camera and create digital content
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
INTERVIEW PROCESS Interviews are conducted virtually
