This is not a typical car sales job.

We are hiring driven, disciplined, high-energy individuals to step into a modern automotive sales role that combines in-store sales, internet leads, and social media content creation.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

High-energy, confident, and motivated individuals
Strong communication skills (in person, online, and on camera)
Comfortable using social media and engaging customers digitally
Coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented
Sales experience is a plus - not required
Must be serious about performance, accountability, and income

MANDATORY TRAINING:

All new hires must complete 100% of required training:

Full attendance required - no exceptions
No late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions
Failure to complete training results in disqualification
Training is paid and professionally structured

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Sell vehicles and services in-store and online
Handle internet leads, follow-ups, and customer communication
Create daily short-form video and social media content
Post approved content across designated platforms
Represent the dealership professionally at all times
Follow proven sales and marketing systems

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT POLICY:

As a condition of employment:

All content created (video, photo, digital) is property of the dealership and its partners
Content may be used for marketing, advertising, and training
Ownership may not be contested
Fully compliant with state and federal employment laws

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Professional appearance and attitude
Willingness to be on camera
Ability to work a flexible schedule

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

Interviews are conducted virtually
You must secure a scheduled time in advance
Missed interviews will not be rescheduled
