MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENT All new hires are required to complete 100% of training.
• Full attendance is mandatory• No late arrivals or missed sessions• Training completion is required for employment• Paid structured training provided
• POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES• Handle showroom and internet customers• Respond to inbound leads and follow-up communications• Assist customers throughout the sales process• Create and post approved social media content• Record short-form videos and digital promotions• Maintain professional communication standards• Follow dealership sales and marketing processes
SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT POLICY Any video, photo, or digital content created during employment or associated with dealership activities remains the sole property of the dealership and affiliated partners for marketing, advertising, promotional, and training purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
• REQUIREMENTS• High School Diploma or equivalent• Valid Driver's License• Professional appearance• Strong communication skills• Ability to work flexible hours• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content• Must be dependable and career-focused
• INTERVIEW PROCESS• Virtual interviews available• Interviews must be scheduled in advance• Missed interviews will not be rescheduled• Hiring is based on professionalism, commitment, and attitude
