What You'll Do

Own the guest experience from greeting to delivery-build trust fast, close clean
Internet Sales: work CRM queues, handle inbound leads, set/confirm appointments, run virtual walkarounds/Zoom, and convert digital inquiries into showroom deals
Master Ford product knowledge, incentives, and financing options
Work the phones, text, email, and social media to generate your own traffic
Keep your pipeline, appointments, and docs tight-no loose ends
