Salary Range: $12.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information about insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and claims processing.
Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through attentive service.
Process new business applications and policy renewals with meticulous care.
Contribute to a supportive and positive team environment.
RequirementsProven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A genuine passion for helping people and building relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency with common office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Successful sales background.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.

Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
