Sales & Service Representative - Plunger Lift

We are looking for a Sales & Service Representative located in Bossier City, OK to support the Plunger Lift Business. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet

What You Will Do:

• Using technical knowledge of the plunger lift products and services to sell, deliver, install and maintain company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts.

• Develop optimization solutions through the plunger lift product and services to address customer needs.

• Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction; researches and provides forecasting for sales activities in the assigned sales territory or account.

• Develops strong customer relationships.

• Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines.

• Identifies, researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

• Responds to customer concerns about the company and its products.

• Knows and enforces compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

• Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.

• Effectively uses sales tools and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process.

• Other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the oil & gas industry.

• Plunger Lift sales, installation and automation experience.

• Familiar with the installation, programming and troubleshooting of short-range radio communications.

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Strong negation skills

• Ability to troubleshot customer issues, and provide solutions

• Abilit to use a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Strong motivation to learn the plunger and gas lift automation installation business - Sets and achieves challenging goals; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles.

• Valid driver's license in state of residence required.
