This position is responsible for building relationships with customers, generating sales opportunities, and providing excellent service throughout the buying process. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide professional assistance.
- Educate customers on available barn, shed, garage, and custom building options.
- Prepare quotes and explain pricing, financing, and delivery information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Generate new business through referrals, phone calls, social media, and community networking.
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and experience with email and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build relationships and close sales.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction, portable buildings, or home improvement sales is a plus.
