Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Intern will primarily support the Marketing and Sales department through the pre-Open Enrollment season and assist in all administrative duties in the Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with development and review of Medicare Annual Open Enrollment marketing materials.
• Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns.
• Assist with the creation of the imagery and content posted on VIVA HEALTH's various social media accounts.
• Assist with the coordination of inventory distribution and order history data.
• Assist with the planning and execution of yearly department training and kick-off event.
• Assist with the testing and quality assessments of the Medicare agent portal redesign.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours, as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in marketing and/or sales
• Proficient with Adobe Creation Suite
• Knowledge of social media analytics software such as Facebook Insights to track audience engagement and campaign performance
