About the Role:

Join Window World of Corpus Christi as a Design Consultant, where you'll bring dreams to life through innovative window, siding, and door solutions. Be part of a dynamic team that transforms homes while providing exceptional customer service and expert design advice.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences.
Provide expert design recommendations for window and door products.
Create detailed project proposals and presentations for clients.
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure project success.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track customer interactions.

Requirements:

Experience in sales or design consulting, preferably in home improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
Knowledge of window and door products is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
