Job Description

The Business Development Coordinator serves as the connection between prospective buyers and their future vehicle. In this role, you will assist customers with questions about the company, available vehicles, and purchasing options while guiding them through the early stages of the buying process. You will also stay up to date on the latest vehicle models, features, and technologies to help customers make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers

  • Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management

  • Qualify leads and connect customers with the appropriate sales team member

  • Communicate with customers in a professional and articulate manner

  • Guide customers to relevant product information resources, including online tools and materials

  • Proactively build and maintain a prospecting network

  • Accurately log all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals

Qualifications

  • At least one previous role involving customer service experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills and comfort with CRM systems

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude

  • Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
