Job Description

Joyce Koons Honda Buick GMC is seeking a full-time Sales BDC Rep to join our team! In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and purchasing options.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, video & SMS/MMS.

  • Proactively follow up with leads to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Schedule VIP test drives with potential customers to visit the dealership.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and exceed goals.

Qualifications:

  • No previous experience is required

  • Ability to preserve through rejection

  • Strong written & oral communication skills with the ability to build rapport & trust with customers.

  • Proficient in using computer systems.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effortlessly.
