Sales Concierge – Academy CDJR | Tipton, IN

Academy CDJR is looking for diamonds in the rough to join our team as Sales Concierges.

This is not your typical sales position. You will not be responsible for negotiating deals or using high-pressure sales tactics. Instead, your focus will be on delivering a world-class customer experience and helping guests feel comfortable, informed, and valued throughout their visit.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer questions and guide customers through the process
  • Build trust and long-term relationships
  •  Work alongside our sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey
