The Al Serra Auto Plaza offers outstanding full sales and service dealership operations across 12 new vehicle brands, including Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac; Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram; and Honda, Kia, Subaru, and Volkswagen; and has one of the largest pre-owned inventories in the State. Basic Requirements:

Previous Sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to work well with customers via phone, e-mail and during dealership appointments or visits.
Computer proficiency and adaptability with various systems.
Very strong organizational and customer follow up skills.
Product knowledge regarding import and domestic brands.
Pre-employment drug test, background check and other screens may be required. Valid driver’s license is required.
