Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Welcome customers and help them find the right vehicle in a friendly, low-pressure way
  • Learn the Kia lineup and confidently walk customers through features and options
  • Build real relationships and guide customers to the best fit for their needs
  • Assist with trade-ins and make the process simple and transparent
  • Walk customers through the entire buying or leasing process from start to finish
  • Follow up after the sale to ensure a great experience and earn repeat/referral business
  • Hit and exceed sales goals while keeping customer satisfaction top priority
  • Stay up to date on new models, features, and industry trends
  • Work alongside a team that supports each other and wins together
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and ready for customers
Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • No previous automotive or sales experience requiredwell train you
  • Passion for cars and interest in the Kia brand is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people
  • Motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and take coaching
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales or automotive education is a plus)
