Job Description

We’re partnered with a fast-growing exterior remodeling and storm restoration company offering a high-upside opportunity for driven Sales Consultants! This Sales Consultant role is ideal for those comfortable generating their own leads, managing the full sales cycle, and working directly with homeowners in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through door-to-door outreach
Run in-home sales appointments
Manage projects (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.)
Work storm events and build pipeline
Track activity in CRM

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience (door-to-door or in-home preferred)
Background in roofing, solar, windows, or remodeling is a plus
Competitive, self-motivated, and resilient
Strong work ethic
Reliable transportation

Compensation

$70K non-recoverable draw
Uncapped commission (paid on revenue)
Monthly performance bonuses
Top performers: $300K+
