Role Overview:
As an In-Home Salesperson specializing in exterior home remodeling, you'll be joining a company with a 34-year history of excellence. You'll present premium offerings such as James Hardie siding, Pella windows, GAF roofing, and complete exterior remodeling services. With a 4.9 rating derived from thousands of reviews, you'll leverage provided leads to exceed sales targets and contribute to our continued success. With a full-time production department in place, this role is purely focused on sales, supported by a complete office staff and a company-provided laptop and iPad to ensure your success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with company-provided leads-no cold calling required
- Perform basic exterior inspections, including roofs and attics, to properly assess project scope
- Deliver structured, high-conversion sales presentations using the JMC sales system
- Build detailed and accurate proposals aligned with homeowner needs and project requirements
- Establish trust and rapport quickly to drive confident purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities within the CRM
- Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and competitor positioning
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Attend training meetings
- Conduct referral and recontact program

Requirements
- Proven success in commission-based sales (in-home sales preferred but not required)
- Strong closing ability-you are comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections
- Physically able and willing to climb ladders, get on residential roofs, and enter attics as part of the inspection and sales process
- Must reside in Southeast Michigan, specifically east of Telegraph Road
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel with 30 miles radius for appointments
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in exterior remodeling, construction, or home improvement sales
- Familiarity with products such as James Hardie siding, Pella windows, GAF roofing and gutters
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer tools
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve high income goals
- Skill with color/design work with clients
Compensation
- 100% commission-based with company-provided leads
- No cold calling required
- Current reps earn between $100,000 - $250,000+ annually
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
