What You’ll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through one of the biggest purchases they make while creating an experience that earns their business today and in the future.
You will:
- Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
- Build relationships with new, repeat, and referral customers
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and phone inquiries
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives
- Follow up with customers using phone, text, email, and video
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM
- Learn the Buick and GMC product lineup, features, technology, and available programs
- Work with management to structure opportunities and help customers move forward
- Partner with our finance team to provide a smooth purchasing experience
- Follow up after the sale to build long-term customer relationships
- Deliver an exceptional experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery and beyond

Automotive experience is not required.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, wireless sales, banking, insurance, customer service, real estate, or other sales environments can translate extremely well into automotive sales.
