Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers effectively, highlighting features and benefits.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to coordinate smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
