The Good Feet Store is expanding, and we are looking for energetic, results-oriented Sales Associates who are passionate about improving people’s well-being. We’re hiring Sales Consultants for our Burnsville, Roseville, Woodbury, and Maple Grove locations!

As a member of our dynamic sales team, you’ll help customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, and back pain through our premium arch supports. If you are looking for a role where you can genuinely improve someone’s quality of life, then this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through a consultative sales approach, guiding them through the fitting process
Provide expert product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy
Follow up on sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Make sales and schedule appointments over the phone
Achieve sales productivity standards and promote company programs and products
Restock merchandise and assist with inventory

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Commission-based sales/retail experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven with a passion for customer service
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing
Weekends required
