Job Description

Premium Sales Consultant wanted for our Luxury Brand Dealership -

Join our team as a professional Sales Consultant with Roth Cadillac/Audi Erie, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for our Premium Luxury Brand Dealership. As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles from our Audi and Cadillac inventory
Provide detailed product information, including features, pricing, and financing options
Conduct test drives and follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns
Negotiate sales terms and finalize vehicle purchases with customers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, vehicle inventory, and industry trends
Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with customers
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Knowledge of Audi or Cadillac vehicles is a plus
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
