What You’ll Do
  •  Conduct one-on-one consultative sales conversations with customers 
  •  Identify customer needs, pain points, and lifestyle goals through effective questioning 
  •  Educate customers on arch support solutions and product benefits 
  •  Recommend personalized solutions with confidence 
  •  Close sales and consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly goals 
  •  Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business 
  •  Maintain strong product knowledge and store presentation standards 
What We’re Looking For
  •  Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred 
  •  Strong ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust 
  •  Confident asking for the sale and closing transactions 
  •  Competitive, goal-oriented, performance-driven mindset 
  •  Comfortable working in a commission-based environment 
  •  Available evenings and weekends 
Store Hours
  •  Monday–Friday: 10 AM–6 PM 
  •  Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM 
  •  Sunday: 11 AM–5 PM
