Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the exciting world of Volkswagen vehicles.
• Provide exceptional service from first hello to final handshake, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Volkswagen models, features, and promotions to showcase what makes each car unique.
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales goals while keeping the dealership atmosphere upbeat and friendly.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• A passion for cars and a genuine desire to help people find their perfect vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that make customers feel valued and understood.
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what we value most.
• Ability to work in Noblesville, IN, and be a positive representative of Volkswagen- Tom Wood of Noblesville.
