Job Description

Sales Coordinator (Hybrid – Las Vegas)

Girls Night Out Getaways is hiring an Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, commission-based work, or tip-based customer service, who enjoys working with clients and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This position does not require generating new leads — you will be working with inbound inquiries and existing leads. However, compensation is tied to meeting sales goals and performance metrics, so you must be motivated by results.

Schedule

Primarily Monday – Friday
Hybrid role (mix of work-from-home and in-office)
Occasional weekends or after-hours support may be needed based on business demands

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email
Assist with sales, booking, and customer service questions
Book show tickets and party packages using FareHarbor
Manage and organize leads in Zoho CRM
Update internal sales tracking sheets and reservation details
Upsell add-ons and recommend packages based on customer needs
Communicate with vendors regarding bookings and updates
Run reports and assist with administrative sales support
Notify guests of event changes or cancellations when needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Sales experience preferred (commission/tip-based experience strongly preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel + Word required)
Organized, efficient, professional, and self-motivated
Must be 21+ years old
Comfortable with adult-themed entertainment
Hospitality, entertainment, or ticketing experience is a plus
