About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their needs, and present customized bath remodeling solutions that fit their vision.

This is an outside sales position where you will use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions directly in customers’ homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system

• Design custom bath solutions using our easy-to-use software

• Provide clear pricing and confidently close sales

• Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve your skills

• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized and comfortable managing multiple appointments

• Experience in in-home sales is preferred

• Background in the home remodeling industry is a plus

• Reliable transportation and local residency required

• Confident presenting to homeowners and explaining product solutions

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

• Outgoing personality who thrives in a customer-focused environment

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is determined by your performance, effort, and experience.
