About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to provide personalized bath solutions that match their vision. This outside sales role uses advanced technology to design, present, and sell high-quality bath products directly in the customer’s home.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
Build personalized bath designs with our easy-to-use software
Provide pricing information and close sales consistently
Participate in weekly sales training to continually improve your skills
Educate homeowners on product features and benefits
Maintain strong follow-up with customers to maximize satisfaction and referrals

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience in home sales preferred; background in home remodeling is a plus
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Confidence in public speaking and delivering professional presentations
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Outgoing and personable, thriving in social and fast-paced environments
