Location: Southern New Jersey, Jersey Shore & Eastern Pennsylvania

Office: Mount Laurel, NJ (Monthly Meetings)

Compensation: Commission-Based | First-Year Earnings Potential: $80,000–$120,000+

We're looking for motivated Sales & Design Consultants who enjoy working with homeowners, building relationships, and creating beautiful, functional spaces.

This is NOT a remote position.

This is a field-based sales position. Consultants travel to scheduled in-home appointments throughout Southern New Jersey, the Jersey Shore, Philadelphia, and Eastern Pennsylvania, work from a home office to prepare designs and proposals, and attend monthly meetings at our Mount Laurel, NJ showroom.

Applicants must live within or near our service area.

What You'll Do

Meet homeowners for company-provided in-home consultations
Design custom organization solutions
Prepare proposals and close sales
Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
Manage your schedule and grow your business

What We're Looking For

Sales experience with strong closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated and organized
Interest in home design or space planning
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout our service area
Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule
