You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.We are looking for people who have:

- No Cold Calling; pre-set appointments

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
- Outside sales experience.
Required:
- Driver's License with reliable transportation.
- Must reside in NJ, within a 30–40-mile radius of where job posting is advertised
.A Day In The Life:
- Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
- Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
- Educate customers on our products and services.
- Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

- We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more.
Pay Type: Commission Only
Reasonably Expected Compensation Range:
$36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
