Qualifications:

• The ability to build relationships, confidence & trust with customers
• Conducting in-home design consultations to identify the right product to match the customer's personal style, functional needs, and budget
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail 
• Result driven and competitive
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Experience in window treatments and/or interior design a plus or sales experience for other home improvement/design product lines
• Familiarity with multiple technology platforms and software, such as Outlook, PDF files, CRM, and online resources, as well as comfortable using an iPad.
• Able to handle and transport materials and samples and sample books.  The ability to lift up to 30 pounds is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to comprehend needs of client and create estimates based on needs and budgets.
• Precisely measure, quote and document detailed specifications throughout the sales process.
• Forge close partnerships with the sales team, workroom, client services, and leadership to ensure seamless exceptional results.
• Taking ownership of your accounts to guarantee satisfaction and addressing any concerns that may arise.
