Job description:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate/ Designer who is outgoing, professional, and detail oriented. Must have a creative eye and can build personal relationships with customers. Interior Design experience is preferred but not required. NCDIQ certification preferred.Incentives include:Competitive bonus program based off performance401 K with 4% match3 weeks paid vacation time, 4 sick days, and paid major holidays a yearWill be assisting customers with purchasing and designing interior décor, furniture and finishings. Must be able to physically lift common decor to help decorate the showroom floor on a regular basis. This position offers a Monday- Saturday daytime work schedule.
